Online courses

If you have purchased a course access on subscription terms, there is no money back guarantee.

By purchasing an online course, you consent to waive your right of withdrawal after the purchase process is completed.

Membership VIP

Subscription pr. month with prior notice. You do not commit to more than the one month you paid for unless you purchased a product with a longer binding. Then it appears from the sales page / order form. You have access to the content of the member area for as long as you are a member.

You can download some of the material (video and PDFs) from the member area before you sign out, if it has been specified in the course you have purchased.

Live courses and workshops:

Live courses and workshops have a binding registration.

If the event is cancelled, you will get all your money back.

RIGHTS

By purchasing, you obtain a non-transferable, personal license to use the specific membership /or online or live course.

This usage right is strictly personal and may only be used by the buyer.

Online courses or classroom-based trainings provided by Lisbeth Skovmand Nielsen may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified in the training. The purchased material must be treated as confidential and must not be shared, distributed, or disclosed to any third party.

The online course may not be used for any other purpose than that for which it was purchased.

The instructor reserves the right to modify or improve the course content, when necessary, without prior notice.

Lisbeth Skovmand Nielsen shall not be held liable for any damage, inconvenience, or loss—direct or indirect—that may arise from the use or misuse of the content in the online courses or other digital materials on the site lisbethskovmand.com

Instalment Payments

Refunds are not provided for the purchase of digital products, any ongoing mentoring programs, or completed 1:1 sessions.

No discounts, returns, or partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances unless a written agreement has been made in advance.

In the event of a missed payment, access to all course materials and/or sessions will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Late payments will incur:

Interest of 0.70% per commenced month

An administrative late fee per reminder notice (amount subject to local regulations)

If payment is not received after the first reminder, the outstanding amount may be referred to debt collection services without further notice.

Delivery of my products and services: Personal information is used to contact you for the purpose of delivering products and services for which you have purchased, signed up and / or subscribed.
Delivery of newsletters: Personal information is used to send newsletters that you have subscribed to.
Customer service: Support in connection with your purchases and subscriptions as well as other inquiries.
Online marketing: Personal information is used for online marketing e.g. on Facebook.

I process the following categories of personal information: Ordinary personal information, e.g. name, address, email, telephone number, use of digital services, including newsletters.

Age of consent:

You must be 18 years or over to enrol as a student. If we discover or have any reason to suspect that you are not over 18 years of age then we reserve our right to suspend or terminate your enrolment to this site immediately and without notice.

I have received your information:

Directly from you via my website's subscription to newsletters or subscribing to newsletters elsewhere on the web, e.g. Facebook.
Directly from you in connection with the purchase of products or services.
From other sources that are publicly available e.g. Social Media.

Basis for treatment

It is necessary for me to hold this information by you because of:

My legitimate interest in marketing my products.
So, I can fulfil a contract that you are a party to.
So, I can comply with a legal obligation e.g. under the Accounting Act.

Storage

I keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned:

With newsletters: As long as a consent given to receive marketing has not been withdrawn and I am not obliged to keep the personal data, for example in connection with a legal obligation.
With the purchase of services or products: In connection with the delivery of my products and services, I will store your personal information for up to 6 years after the termination of customer relationships in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period, such as because you have access to an online product you have purchased.
In general, personal information regarding general inquiries from unregistered customers will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period.

Disclosure, objection, correction, data portability and deletion
